Just moving around may seem simple, but it can get tough. I struggle with depression, and sometimes I'll sit for hours without realizing how much time has passed. This was even worse in treatment as I already had limited "outside time". As you may know, many facilities have concrete walls and florescent lights, making it very artificial. Sometimes I forgot how good going outside felt.

Talking is essential to mental well-being. I am assuming you have a therapist or counselor, so you know you should talk. Do you know why talking to people is important? I'll be going over why it is, and different ways you can use talking as a coping mechanism.
This is, to some, a pretty straight forward concept. I've come up with three different ways you can keep a journal, all of them with a varying degree of cliche. You can combine them in different ways too, so it's all about preference, and what works for you.
